Ingest the files
Heron supports ingesting files from multiple sources, including email, portal, API, SFTP, and our dashboard. We handle all file formats, including PDF, Excel, CSV, JPG, Word, and ZIP, and will return structured data in your desired output (JSON, CSV etc.) or directly push to your downstream system.
Classify the files
Heron’s ML models classify the submission’s attachments into 50+ supported file classes. Multi-page documents are intelligently split into sub-files.
Extract and validate
Heron’s in-house GenAI models, fine-tuned for 50+ document types, extract structured data from the files, ready to be written into your system of record.
Extracted data is verified against the original documents to ensure that our extraction of data is accurate. We know that precision is critical, so we run “non-AI” checks on each document type before confirming the extraction of a document.
Push data to end systems
Heron pushes all data downstream to your downstream systems, such as CRMs, ERPs, and data warehouses. We can directly integrate with any system, just ask!
