Heron Data helps Commercial Litigation and Collections Firms organize case file correspondence (Contracts, Repayment History, Applications etc), automatically creating new case files with attachments and extracted data fields in your CRM

STEP 1

Ingest the files

Heron will ingest email and attachments directly from your email inbox. Heron will recognize new cases and create a new record in CRM, and link existing case correspondence to the relevant record in your CRM.

STEP 2

Classify and extract data

Heron’s in-house GenAI models, fine-tuned for Case File documentation (Contracts, Repayment History, Bank Statements etc.), reads the documents and returns structured data.

20+ data fields are extracted and written directly to CRM.

Extracted data is verified against the original documents to ensure accuracy and authenticity.

STEP 3

Push to CRM or Dropbox

Heron will read the files and push the data downstream to your system of record e.g. Salesforce, Dropbox etc. Heron can also provide file hosting at no extra cost.

Any new correspondence for an existing case is automatically pushed to your CRM (e.g. replies with UCC filing attached).
